One of the hardest parts of going keto is having imagination.

What do I want to eat? It’s not simple and doesn’t tell you how to get there.

Sure, you could take a non-keto meal and take out or substitute the carbs. Maybe it’s a burger. You can just make it a lettuce wrap, have it be a stand alone that you eat with a fork. You can make the patties small to have mini burgers.

But what do you put it in? A biscuit recipe surely would do. How about a bread roll? Baked cheese? Tortilla? Maybe it was never a burger, but a casserole. Maybe it wasn’t even beef. it was chicken or steak or pulled pork. Grilled chicken is good, but the texture of breaded is better to me.
