This is an interpretation of a hamburger that I made when I ran out of chicken.
To make these, I cook the hamburger stovetop in butter or oil and then put the finished patty in a tortilla that has alfredo and cheese in it. I then fold the tortilla over and cook that on both sides, starting with the open side.
There are many variations you can make from this too. You can change the sauce (BBQ, bourbon, chipotle mayo), or the meat (chicken, pulled pork, bacon, sausage).
I did find that these taste really good with applesauce. So feel free to experiment with adding in dipping sauces if it is something that would help you enjoy the burger. It is the only part of the meal that isn’t keto.
