This mayo has good flavoring without taking over your mouth with heat, as well as being keto.
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
This has quickly become my go to sauce, putting it on so many things, just because it tastes so good. It is great on burgers, sandwiches, as a side for meat, as a dip.
There are plenty of changes you can make in terms of which spices you use to adapt to your uses. Like using chipotle instead of sriracha, or onion flakes instead of powder, or even just adding other spices.
If you want it thinner, add some lemon juice or honey (this will also affect the flavor). If you want it thicker, add some cream cheese. To change the spicy level, either the sriracha or paprika will do.
