Keto Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 2/3 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Erythritol
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cook stovetop on medium high heat like regular pancakes.
Keto Pancake Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp Sweetener
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients and split into muffin tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Both recipes do really well and taste similarly to regular pancakes. I top them with butter and syrup.
