Simple and tasty modification to standard gravy. Goes well with mashed potatoes.
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 cans Gravy
- Brown meat on medium heat.
- Add onion and continue cooking.
- When onion is cooked through, add gravy and bring it up to heat.
Sometimes I enjoy the crunch of the onion so I leave it less cooked. This does give it a stronger flavor as opposed to a soft compliment that the near caramelization provides.
