I have to start this off by saying, I love the taste of lemon by itself, so be sure to test if you need to add ‘sugar’ at all.

I found that 1 lemon, 1/2 cup water, 1 nectarine, 1 tsp vanilla, and some cinnamon makes for a pretty good drink.

I added the cinnamon because it goes well with nectarines and peaches. Since I like lemon, I’ve been using 2 full lemons squeezed out to make this, not adding anything else extra. Note that some fruit is sweeter the longer it sits. If you want to use this recipe with a different fruit, I would say use an equivalent volume of whichever fruit you want to about the size of the lemon you are using.

To make this, just put all the ingredients in a blender. I tried refrigerating it for a day and the taste did not carry over well at all, so be sure to have it fresh!
