This was really good, and took very little prep time and effort to make.
Keto Alfredo

- Alfredo Sauce
- Noodles

- When fully melted, add the noodles and cook for another minute or two, stirring constantly.
I use around a 1/2 cup of solid alfredo sauce and proceeded to melt it in the pan with the chicken. It took way longer than I thought it would so I would recommend pre melting it at least a bit first. Once it’s melted the noodles can be added, so they don’t burn by being directly on the pan. The sauce should only be added when the chicken is to your liking because the chicken won’t cook much afterwards.

I added the spinach at the same time as the noodles. The noodles used were “Healthy Noodle” from Costco rinsed and strained. They are pretty much pre-cooked and only needed to be heated up.
Although not exactly keto, teriyaki chicken goes really well with alfredo.
