We are trying out making our own vanilla due to seeing a thread on reddit about it.
We are using Madagascar beans split in half and down the middle in various liquors. Starting with spiced rum and a splash of scotch.
Due to how long this will take, there will not be much information. Each batch will take a few months to a few years for aging and full diffusion to occur.
