Keto Empanadas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Mix the flours and baking powder.
  3. Microwave the cheeses for 1 minute, stir. Add 30 seconds and stir again.
  4. Mix egg with the cheeses and flours.
  5. Fill with your choice of filling.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
