Keto Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Flavor of Choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Microwave the cheeses and almond flour for a minute and stir until smooth. This could take an additional 30 seconds in the microwave.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into desired shape.
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes each side, depending on thickness.
