Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line baking pan with foil.
  3. Place wire rack on the pan
  4. Place bacon on wire rack.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flip bacon.
  6. Cook for 6 minutes.
