Keto Tortillas

Servings: 4 Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2.5 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the cheeses in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and add 30 more seconds.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and separate into 4 pieces of dough.
  4. Flatten the tortillas and bake for 5 minutes on both sides.
