I’m not a fan of frying for multiple reasons. Firstly, you most likely need to buy a fryer, air or otherwise. It is also very messy frying, even with small amounts of oil, not to mention it hurts when oil hits you. There is also a lot of waste, unless you reuse the oil time after time.

The most important reason I don’t have recipes for deep frying is that they don’t need recipes. You simply bread what you want to fry and let it get golden brown and pull it out.

It’s just too much effort for too little texture. If that is something you want to do, you are more than welcome to do so.
