Quick recipe I use for tuna.


Prep Time 5 minutes


  • 1-2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 can Tuna
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 oz Cream Cheese
  • Psyllium Husk Powder
  • Turmeric


  • Mix everything together and serve.

Tuna is something you can add many things to very easily. I add psyllium husk powder for the fiber and turmeric for its health benefits. The cream cheese makes it thick and creamy, ideal for use as a dip. I also like to add chunked cheese to it, such as pepper jack, medium cheddar, and sharp white cheddar.

I have my tuna either with a roll of Ritz crackers or as a tuna melt. It would also go well in a tortilla with cheese and chilled.

My wife likes to cut the cream cheese, psyllium, and turmeric. Instead she adds lemon juice, avocado, and hard boiled eggs.

Above is an example of a simple tuna melt. Though, admittedly it is only keto if you use keto bread, which I didn’t.
